Ingredients
Grapes (purple) – 1 kg
Sugar – 2 kgs
Water 1 kg
Citric Acid 3 heaped teasp
Tonovin Ess 4 teasp
Sodium Benzoate 1 ¼ teasp
Method
Extract juice from the grapes using a blender. Straain. Add sugar to water. Add Citric acid. Boil. Allow to cool. Mix with the grape juice. Add sodium benzoate & essence. Bottle.
