Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) light brown Sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup (200g) Crunchy unsalted Peanut butter
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 teasp salt
½ pk margarine
60 gms Butter
250 g Flour
Method
Preheat oven to 190 degree C (375 deg F). Mix all ingredients in a bowl & beat with a wooden spoon till well mixed. Roll into 25 walnut size balls. Place balls in a baking sheet. Flatten with a fork & bake.20 mins
